This class is in-person at your location(for example your staff canteen, expo hall, conference room, someone’s house…). If you need help deciding where to host it, just contact me. No kitchen, no problem!
Note that you do not necessarily need a kitchen to do this in, as long as you have access to running water and air circulating, this can be set up in any room using portable cooking stoves which I provide. I will advise and guide you through many different ways to set up, as I am an expert at adapting to any location. In general, your staff canteen room is a good option.
This class format is simple for you to arrange, as I will take care of all the setting up and clearing down.
I purchase and acquire all ingredients needed for the class, this cost is already included in the price, just select how many people when booking.
This class is approximately 2 hours in duration, or 2 ½ hours if adding the Ramen Relay Race, (plus time after for eating and socializing).
Please note that I do not host classes at my own kitchen, I do not have a physical site. I come to you.
I can provide ramen bowls for the experience for up to 20 people. For larger groups, you will need to arrange enough bowls to serve the food in.
Drinks are not included, but I can advise you on matching beer, wine, or sake to the event.
My flights and accommodation are at your expense. For most locations within Europe I will only need one night before the day of the event (if you host at daytime), or two nights if you host in the afternoon/evening. I’m located quite close to Paris, so getting to most locations is not expensive and quite straightforward. Contact me with your location and desired dates for pricing.
I will need a minimum of 90 minutes access (ideally 2 hours) to the location prior to the class, to set the stage for you.
If you are adding the Ramen Relay Race, ideally make sure you have an even number of people to divide into two (or multiple) teams.
