This class can be held over Zoom, or your company’s preferred video conferencing software.
This class format requires one person as organizer/coordinator who is not cooking. They will be briefed by me in a video call prior to the session.
The organizer will receive a list of ingredients to get, along with a basic equipment checklist, before the class starts.
This class is approximately 90 minutes in duration, or 120 minutes if adding the Ramen Relay Race, (plus time after for eating and socializing).
There is no minimum or maximum number of participants, but if doing the Ramen Relay Race, please make sure you have an even number of people to divide into two (or multiple) teams, plus the organizer.
You will need a big screen (to see me) and a camera view of the whole room (so I can guide you all), and a loudspeaker set up so that everyone in the room can hear me - (basically the same things that you most likely already have for your own business video conference meetings!)
Note that you do not necessarily need a kitchen to do this in, as long as you have access to running water and air circulating, this can be set up in any room using camping gas stoves which are cheap and readily available. I will advise and guide you through many different ways to set up, as I am an expert at adapting to any location.
Please note that I currently do not offer ingredient kits for this type of class due to logistics, however depending on your location I may be able to ship fresh noodles for the session. Contact me for info.
